Visa for international students studying in common languages
Visa period is 1 year 3 months. Thereafter, the extension will be extended according to the admission period and the study period.
- January: 1 year 3 months
- April: 1 year 6 months
- July: 1 year 9 months
- October: 2 years
This type of visa allows students to work in Japan under the law of maximum 28 hours per week.
Students must apply for a visa before departure to Japan.
A certificate of Japanese language proficiency is required.
