Introduction

Appleby College's Summer ESL Program is located on the beautiful lakeside campus in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It’s 20 minutes from downtown Toronto and 45 minutes from the famous Niagara waterfall. Appleby Summer Camp gives students from all over the world the opportunity to experience life as an Appleby student. The program is designed for students from 12 to 16 years, who have the desire to improve their English skills in combination with an boarding experience abroad, as well as those who intend to attend High school or University in countries using English like Canada or the United States. A variety of study programs will take place in July and August to suit individual needs.

Summer camp has 3 quite ideal study programs:

• The first program is the 4-week boarding program, for students seeking an intensive program, would like to immerse themselves in the experience of boarding. This program will be offered in both months: July and August.
• The second program is the 4-week boarding program with cultural Trip, with students desiring to experience the rich history and culture of the Ottawa capital city, Ontario and the autonomous French-style area, Montreal city, Quebec ⁽¹⁾ in Canada.
• Finally, a 4-week boarding program with Temagami Canoe and Camping Trip, suitable for those who love sailing and outdoor camping, takes place in Canada's border location, also a part of the boarding program.

Upon successful completion of the 4-week course, students will be received the Ontario High School ESL certificate recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Education. This certificate can be added to student records at any Ontario high school. (Certificate is not valid for Apppleby College education)

The main goal of Appleby College's Summer ESL Program  is stong and focused academic, summer camps with 30 hours of study / week in classroom with an maximum of 15 students in class. Besides, fun sports activities will be provided daily, swimming on campus will be held once a week. Appleby’s Summer ESL summer camp is not just about learning English, it also has a lot of fun, making friends from different countries and completing more maturity from personality to human.
