Located on a land of 404ha adjacent to "Uptown" Waterloo and Waterloo Park, University of Waterloo (commonly known as Waterloo, UW or UWaterloo) is a leading public research university in Canada. It is also a leading university in bringing knowledge, ideas and technology to private organizations. Waterloo is a member of U15, a group of intensive research universities in Canada.
The University of Waterloo has four campuses and educational centers stretching from North America, Europe to Asia, the main campus in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, the Cambridge campus, the Kitchener campus and the Stratford campus in Ontario, Canada. Each campus distributes different academic disciplines with modern and advanced equipment so students can clearly express their qualities.
Established from the foundation of science, technology and math, Waterloo University has become a leading university in the fields: Environmental Education, Architecture, Art, Psychology and Health human. Waterloo trains more than 100 undergraduate courses and programs, diplomas, certificates and certificates for graduate courses of more than 37 fields. By 2016 there were 30,600 undergraduate students and 5,300 postgraduate students studying at the school.
